Refund, Return & Exchange Policy
1. No Refunds / No Returns
- We do not offer any refunds under any circumstances.
- We do not accept returns of any item once delivered.
2. Exchange Policy
We allow exchanges only under the following conditions:
2.1 Eligibility
- Exchange must be requested within 1 day (24 hours) of receiving the parcel.
- You must inform our team (via email/phone/our customer support) before 1 day ends from delivery.
- The item must be completely unused and in the same condition as delivered.
- The original packaging, tags, labels, and all accessories must be intact.
- No item that has been used, worn, washed, or altered will be accepted for exchange.
2.2 Video Evidence Requirement
- Before opening the parcel, you must record a 360° video of the unopened package showing all sides.
- This video must clearly show the sealed packaging, condition of outer box/pouch, and serial numbers, as evidence against shipping damage or tampering.
- Failure to provide this video disqualifies the exchange request.
2.3 Exchange Process
- Contact our support team within 1 day of receipt, providing:
- Order number
- Your reason for exchange
- The 360° video evidence
- Upon verification and approval, we will guide you on how to ship the item back to us.
- Once we receive and inspect the item (to confirm it’s unused and undamaged), we will dispatch the replacement item.
- The replacement will be for the same product (unless unavailable). We do not allow exchanges for different models or more expensive items (unless otherwise agreed).
3. Non‑Exchangeable / Disqualifying Conditions
- Items used, washed, altered, or with signs of wear will not be accepted.
- Missing original packaging, tags, or accessories disqualify the exchange.
- Items for which no valid 360° pre‑opening video was submitted.
- If the exchange request is made after 1 day of delivery.
4. Shipping & Costs
- You are responsible for shipping the item back to us, unless otherwise agreed.
- We will ship the replacement item after we confirm the returned item meets all eligibility criteria.
- Shipping costs (return and re‑shipment) will be borne by the customer, unless the defect or damage is due to our error.
- In case of our fault (e.g. product shipped was defective or wrong), we will reimburse reasonable shipping expenses (upon submission of proof).
5. Quality Check & Final Decision
- All returned items undergo inspection by our quality control team.
- If we find any violation of the policy conditions (e.g. usage, damage, missing parts), we reserve the right to reject the exchange.
- Our decision on the exchange is final and binding.
6. Exceptions / Special Cases
- If the product is defective or damaged on delivery, you may also request exchange under the same process (within 1 day, with video evidence).
- For customized, personalized or special‑order products, exchanges may not be permitted — these will be treated on a case‑by‑case basis.
7. Policy Changes
- We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting the updated version on our website.
- Your continued use of our services or purchase of products constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
